Hiring Dental Assistant
Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
- A passion for fun and a positive attitude.
- Professionalism, organization, and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
- Excellent customer service skills, including comfort with financial discussions.
- While experience in dentistry is preferred, we're willing to train the right person who embodies our values.
- X-ray certified (preferred as well)
Basic job duties include but not limited to:
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment including cleaning and sterilizing instruments.
- Assisting in 4 handed dentistry and patient charting
- Scanning for digital impressions
- Fabricating temporary crowns
- Coordinating lab cases
- Maintaining and stocking treatment rooms
Our office hours are as follows:
- Monday: 9:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Alternate Fridays: 8:30 AM–1:00 PM
